Creating Your Support Circle

One thing that we stress with our clients during our prenatal appointments is to create a solid support circle to help with the postpartum transition.

Transitioning from pregnant to postpartum can be incredibly overwhelming, even for moms who are experiencing postpartum for a second, third, fourth + time! Creating a support circle to help during those first 6 weeks postpartum can help immensely!

Think about all of the things that need to be done...
laundry
dishes
cooking
cleaning
baby care tasks
appointments

And don't forget about self care!! Who can you call on to help out? Who can take baby for a stroll on a nice day while you grab a shower and a nap?

Surround yourself with people who truly care and make you feel good. Their care and want to see you succeed as a parent will make you feel wonderful!
