Citrus Lover #juice #recipe

Today's juice recipe is brought to you by a newfound love of citrus. Previously, I wasn't super down with citrus fruits. From the breakouts to the pulp, they just were'nt my first choice.

Enter pregnancy, and it's a whole different ballgame. Life has changed alot in the past four years (June 13th was Owen's due date!) and I'm so happy to be so much healthier now, especially during this pregnancy. Juicing has provided so many benefits, it's unreal!

1 orange
1/2 lemon
1 apple
1 pear
1 nectarine
1 handful strawberries

To prep: peel the rind from your orange and lemon, core your apple and pear, pit your nectarine, and rinse your strawberries. This sounds like alot, but it really takes under 5 minutes and the benefits far outweigh the work involved.

To juice: toss it all in and juice it! Juice it real good!
